Business Analyst Manager – German Speaker (ETIC)

About the role

PWC's Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre (ETIC) is seeking a senior‑level Business Analyst Manager who is fluent in German. The role focuses on delivering digital asset projects by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for digital asset initiatives.
• Populate and maintain product backlogs and create business cases.
• Facilitate workshops and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Model and visualise business process workflows and propose future‑state improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in requirements management, business process workflow, and process improvement on at least two projects.
• Intermediate‑level certification or formal training in the above areas.
• Strong understanding of non‑functional requirements and their impact on system performance.
• Fluent German language skills.
• Senior associate level experience in a technology‑focused advisory environment.
