Business Analyst - Manager

PwC is looking for a Business Analyst Manager to join its growing Business Analysis practice in its Advisory line of service. The role works alongside experienced professionals to deliver innovative solutions, support business transformation initiatives and create measurable value for clients and stakeholders. It suits people who enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, analysing business needs and turning ideas into practical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and meetings with business and technical stakeholders
• Translate business needs into practical, scalable and user-focused solutions
• Support business transformation and digital initiatives from strategy through implementation
• Create business documentation, process maps, user stories, journey maps and presentations
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and innovative approaches to improve delivery quality, efficiency and consistency
• Contribute to continuous improvement and share knowledge and reusable assets across teams

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software implementation or enhancement projects
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Analyst or similar role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong written and verbal English
• Preferred: experience in business transformation, process improvement or change initiatives, and experience in consulting or stakeholder-facing environments
