About the role
PwC is hiring a Senior Associate Business Analyst for its ETIC line of service in Cairo. The role provides process analysis and documentation support to the model office team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop mobilisation content for the model office
- Develop content for process workshops and for project communications
- Support process analysis and update process maps
- Document new processes and develop process-related content for training material
- Develop content for standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Define user stories and assist in creating test data
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience as a business or process analyst
- Experience in business process analysis and documentation
- Experience supporting model office or change management functions
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Required skills
- Strong skills in process mapping tools
- Business process modeling
