Business Development & Client Success Manager

About the role

The Business Development & Client Success Manager will drive revenue growth and client retention for a leading BTL advertising agency. This role bridges sales strategy with client success, ensuring both acquisition of new business and satisfaction of existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in BTL advertising (events, activations, branding, printing, POSM, experiential marketing).
• Develop proposals, pitch presentations and tailored solutions for prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with agency targets.
• Act as primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
• Build trust‑based relationships with clients, focusing on retention and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor client satisfaction through feedback loops and proactively resolve issues.
• Collaborate with creative, production and operations teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives, tracking milestones, budgets and KPIs.
• Provide post‑campaign evaluations and reporting.
• Stay updated on BTL trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities, offering strategic input to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management within advertising, events or branding, including at least 3 years in BTL.
• Proven track record in B2B client acquisition and retention.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
