Business Development Executive – Hotel Partnerships

About the role

OceanAir is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with hotel concierge experience to expand and strengthen its partner network across Egypt. The role focuses on building relationships with hotels, negotiating agreements, and driving new revenue opportunities in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective hotel partners.
• Identify new partners to broaden OceanAir’s supplier network.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver business presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating new business opportunities.
• Build long‑term relationships with decision‑makers such as General Managers, Sales Managers, Revenue Managers, and Reservation Managers.
• Monitor competitor activities and spot market opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of agreements.
• Resolve partner concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare sales reports, meeting minutes, and pipeline updates.
• Represent OceanAir at meetings, networking events, and industry functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel concierge, hospitality sales, account management, or business development within the hospitality or travel industry.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop business relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented.
• Comfortable with daily client visits and meetings.
• Valid Egyptian driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
