Business Development Manager – Travel (DMC Egypt)

About the role

We are a long‑established luxury destination management company and inbound tour operator based in Egypt. We are expanding our agency network and need a results‑driven Business Development Manager to create and grow B2B partnerships with premium travel agencies worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage international travel agents and tour operators in key markets such as the USA, France, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, and Brazil.
• Build a pipeline of new agency partners through LinkedIn, email outreach, and direct contact.
• Develop and maintain long‑term B2B relationships, presenting our Egypt programs in calls, presentations, and industry events.
• Conduct negotiations, follow‑ups, and convert leads into active booking partners.
• Support B2B marketing efforts, including LinkedIn presence, content creation, and campaigns to attract inbound agency interest.
• Maintain a CRM of prospects and partners and coordinate with operations for seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional language such as French, Portuguese, or German is a strong plus.
• Proven communication and sales abilities with a track record of opening new business relationships.
• Experience in the travel industry (DMC, tour operator, or agency) is highly advantageous.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable initiating contact with international partners and working independently to meet targets.
