About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst I supports data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This entry‑level position collects, analyses, and visualises data to uncover trends, monitor performance, and back strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior analysts and business stakeholders to deliver accurate reports and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reports using Power BI or Excel aligned with business goals.
• Extract, transform, and load data from defined sources, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify reporting needs and develop proactive solutions.
• Validate report outputs for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, delivering them on schedule.
• Maintain and optimise data pipelines for scalable reporting.
• Document report logic, data sources, and business definitions.
• Participate in data‑related project tasks such as data mapping and dataset creation.
• Support database platforms including SharePoint lists, Excel, and SQL Server.
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing reports and processes.
• Conduct regular audits of identity and access data to ensure compliance with governance policies.
