Business Systems & Digital Transformation Manager

About the role

The company is a large engineering group that is redesigning its information landscape, including ERP, business applications, and analytics. It seeks a senior leader to own the entire lifecycle of these systems – from strategic decision‑making through implementation to daily operation.

Key responsibilities

• Define the systems roadmap, select platforms, solutions and partners, and secure executive investment.
• Lead major implementations across ERP, business applications, and the BI/data stack, overseeing scope, configuration, rollout and adoption.
• Manage external partners, verify deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.
• Operate the delivered platforms – licensing, access management, master data, support and ongoing reliability for a workforce of thousands across multiple sites.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in end‑to‑end systems leadership (direction, delivery, operation).
• Proven track record taking enterprise platforms from selection to steady‑state operation.
• Strong experience in construction, engineering or other asset‑heavy, multi‑site industries is a plus.
• Relevant university degree.
