Cash & Trade Product Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

This position leads the marketing and development of the bank's corporate cash management and trade products, including financing facilities, private placements, project finance and new digital solutions. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, driving revenue growth and managing risk for wholesale banking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support cash management and trade product offerings for wholesale clients and own related revenue streams.
• Implement new initiatives and product developments that generate additional revenue.
• Collaborate with Treasury to define strategic interaction methods.
• Design detailed workflow procedures and set up the product unit, including staffing of product managers and implementation teams.
• Report progress to senior management and ensure effective product launches across marketing, communications, training, systems and governance.
• Monitor product performance using profitability, sales volume and KPI analysis; identify enhancements and cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with Sharia, legal and regulatory requirements and manage product documentation.
• Oversee day‑to‑day corporate liabilities pricing to maximise earnings and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular contact with prime customers to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cash management, trade finance or related banking product management.
• Strong understanding of Islamic liquidity products and associated regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to develop procedures, lead cross‑functional teams and interface with Treasury and senior management.
• Analytical mindset with experience monitoring KPIs and driving product profitability.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills for prime corporate clients.
