CCTV Control Room Supervisor – Manufacturing

About the role

The CCTV Control Room Supervisor oversees the daily operation of the surveillance centre for a manufacturing site, ensuring continuous monitoring, rapid incident response, and compliance with GMP and security standards. The role leads a team of operators and coordinates with internal departments and external vendors to protect personnel, assets, and property.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise 24/7 CCTV operations across all facilities, monitoring live feeds, alarms and security alerts.
• Lead and schedule CCTV operators, provide training, coaching and performance assessments.
• Act as the central communication point for security incidents, coordinate with guards, facility supervisors and the Security Manager, and follow escalation procedures.
• Maintain compliance with internal security procedures, access‑control rules and GMP regulations; document incidents, shift reports and equipment maintenance.
• Perform daily equipment checks, report faults to IT or service providers, and follow up on repairs, upgrades and system integrations.
• Identify blind spots or coverage gaps, propose improvements and support risk assessments, crisis management and evacuation drills.

Required profile

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s in management, IT, telecommunications or related field preferred.
• 2‑3 years of experience in security operations or CCTV control rooms.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical or high‑security environments is an asset.
