Ceramic & Porcelain Designer – Bathroom Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative Ceramic & Porcelain Designer to lead the development of innovative bathroom and tile solutions. The specialist will translate product ranges into inspiring, functional environments that help customers visualise complete design concepts while supporting showroom sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original design concepts for ceramic, porcelain, sanitary ware and bathroom spaces.
• Create detailed layouts, realistic visualisations and shop drawings using CAD tools.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, site supervisors and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs are buildable and meet technical standards.
• Coordinate pattern development, colour schemes and surface‑finishing strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and showroom objectives.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in ceramic and porcelain design, including pattern creation, colour coordination and surface finishing.
• Strong knowledge of material properties, installation methods and relevant technical standards.
• Relevant degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design or a related field; experience in finishes or tiling design preferred.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
