Change Management Consultant – Global Talent

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join its Global Talent team. In this role you will support enterprise transformation initiatives, helping clients navigate disruption and accelerate growth through effective people‑focused change strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute change management strategies aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Leverage social and digital technologies to enhance communication and adoption.
• Support clients in building change capability for agile transformations.
• Co‑create solutions, lead user review sessions, and manage stakeholder agreement meetings.
• Conduct impact analyses, develop treatment plans, and design interventions for new work methodologies.
• Implement change measurement activities using readiness platforms.
• Participate in enterprise‑wide transformation programs and collaborate with international teams.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to practice‑building efforts.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working in dynamic, cross‑functional environments.
• Ability to mentor and inspire junior colleagues.

Required skills
