Chief Accountant

About the role

TP Systems is looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to lead daily accounting operations, ensure precise financial records, and support month‑end closing across its regional offices. You will manage a dedicated accounting team and work closely with finance divisions in Saudi Arabia and Oman.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate the daily work of the accounting team, providing training and performance feedback.
• Review bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, and general ledger activities to maintain accurate and compliant records.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and prepare clear financial reports for group management.
• Coordinate regularly with finance teams in Saudi Arabia and Oman to align regional accounting standards.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies, identify process gaps, and implement operational improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory or chief accountant responsibilities.
• Experience with GCC companies, multi‑branch or cross‑border operations is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities with excellent English communication skills.
