Chief Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Accountant to lead the consolidation, reporting and audit processes for a multi‑entity group operating across several countries. The role combines strategic oversight of financial statements with hands‑on management of the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of group consolidation and monthly reporting for multiple entities.
• Supervise year‑end audit activities simultaneously across all entities.
• Directly manage the finance team, set priorities, review output and develop staff.
• Oversee cash‑flow management, banking reconciliation, and treasury functions.
• Ensure multi‑country compliance, primarily in Egypt and the UAE, with KSA as a plus.
• Maintain familiarity with AI applications that support finance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 8‑12 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a group or multi‑entity environment.
• Strong self‑management and disciplined communication skills.
• Professional certification such as CMA, ACCA, IFRS Diploma, CPA or equivalent.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred).
