About the role

Madinaty Language School is seeking a dedicated Class Co‑Teacher to assist lead teachers in delivering high‑quality education for the 2026/2027 academic year. You will help create a dynamic, supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and academic success.

Key responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Provide individualized support to students to address diverse learning needs.
• Help prepare teaching materials and classroom resources.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and participate in team meetings to improve instructional strategies.
• Contribute to student assessments and monitor progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in teaching or educational support roles (advantageous).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
