Client Delivery Manager

About the role

The Client Delivery Manager is the single point of accountability for delivering a major enterprise software platform to a large utility client. This governance‑focused role works closely with the CTO, Product Manager and Business Development Director.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact, run weekly status meetings and issue written reports.
• Own the master schedule, maintain RAID logs and drive contractual milestones to acceptance.
• Coordinate FAT, SAT, UAT, training and go‑live readiness with the Technical Delivery Lead.
• Chair bi‑weekly steering committees and ensure milestone sign‑offs trigger invoicing.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work for engineering and protect the product roadmap.
• Transition the account to support after go‑live and identify follow‑on opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise software projects for large organisations, preferably utilities in Egypt.
• Proven track record of managing contractual milestones and payments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong written communication.

Required skills

• Technical literacy to read architecture diagrams and assess estimates.
• Experience with SCADA, EMS, ADMS or OT environments.
• Familiarity with utility control‑centre operations.
• Project management qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
