Co Teacher – English (Hybrid, Full‑time)

About the role

KET‑Karkoush English is seeking a dedicated Co Teacher to join its English language program in Cairo. This full‑time hybrid role combines on‑site classroom support with flexible work‑from‑home days.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead teachers to plan and deliver engaging English lessons.
• Assist in lesson planning, preparation of learning materials, and classroom setup.
• Guide small‑group and individual activities, monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learner confidence.
• Support assessment processes and contribute to student performance reporting.
• Communicate regularly with the teaching team and participate in professional development sessions.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of teaching practices.

Required profile

• Strong abilities in lesson planning and education design.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, colleagues, and caregivers.
• Experience in teaching or training, preferably in English language education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a classroom and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
• Organizational skills and a commitment to an inclusive, learner‑centered approach.
