Coding Specialist – Bengali – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a coding specialist who is fluent in Bengali to help train large‑scale language models. As a freelance AI trainer, you will work remotely, interacting with the model on software‑engineering scenarios and ensuring high‑quality, bilingual training data.

Key responsibilities

• Engage the model in Bengali on topics such as algorithms, data structures, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
• Verify the logical accuracy and coding fluency of the model’s responses.
• Assess the naturalness and correctness of Bengali language usage.
• Document failure modes, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Professional coding experience and technical writing ability in Bengali.
• Strong metacognitive communication skills – you must “show your work” clearly.
