Collections Specialist

About the role

The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing all financial interactions related to tenant subscriptions, renewals, and billing. You will ensure timely receipt of payments, maintain accurate cash‑flow records, and support tenants with any payment‑related inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Process payments for subscription renewals, service extensions, and bill settlements.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and credits promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date cash‑flow and transaction records.
• Respond to tenant complaints and inquiries, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless account management.
• Identify late or non‑paying tenants and initiate collection procedures.
• Assist in developing collection strategies to improve on‑time payments.
• Prepare regular reports on collection activities, outstanding balances, and performance metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of collection processes and policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Knowledge of relevant collection laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Effective problem‑solving skills and ability to handle complaints.
