Commercial Director / Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Director/Manager to lead our real‑estate commercial activities in New Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position will shape commercial strategy, drive sales performance and oversee key business operations for EGYPROPERTY.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Lead, motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
• Prepare business plans and monitor their execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance departments to align objectives.
• Analyse market data and performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in commercial management and business planning.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong team‑leadership abilities.
• Exceptional analytical skills for data‑driven decision making.
• Experience in the real‑estate sector is highly desirable.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field.
