Commercial Engineer – Electrical

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Commercial Engineer – Electrical to support the delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves quantity take‑offs, cost control and contract administration within a dynamic engineering environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review quantity take‑offs from drawings and project documents.
- Assist in preparing progress valuations, variations and commercial reports.
- Support contract administration and cost‑control activities.
- Coordinate with Technical Office, Site and Planning teams to ensure accurate measurements.
- Review project drawings and specifications for commercial impacts.
- Help evaluate subcontractor payment certificates and variation claims.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial engineering, quantity surveying or technical office functions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
