Commercial Finance Specialist (German/Turkish/French)

About the role

Join SAP’s Global Commercial Finance Service Organization as a Commercial Finance Specialist supporting the Services Sales Team in Cairo. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding deal structuring, contract drafting, and compliance throughout the sales cycle to maximize value and minimize risk.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑functional deal support across Commercial Business Partners, Revenue Recognition, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Evaluate and analyse potential deals, assessing revenue, cost, and compliance implications.
• Facilitate the full deal approval process, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment.
• Verify all deals for financial, legal, and revenue‑recognition compliance.
• Draft and review commercial contracts, incorporating appropriate clauses and ensuring alignment with approved deal terms.
• Collaborate with Sales during negotiations, providing feedback on contract strategy and finding compliant solutions.
• Work closely with Legal to address and mitigate contract‑related issues.

Required profile

• Professional‑level proficiency in German (additional Turkish and French language skills are a plus).
• Strong background in finance, commercial deal structuring, and revenue recognition.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a complex, global environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
