Commercial Specialist – FMCG Operations & SAP

About the role

We are looking for a mid-level Commercial Specialist to manage commercial operations in an FMCG manufacturing environment. The role focuses on costing, pricing, contract execution and SAP data integrity, supporting profitability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial operations including costing, pricing, and contract execution.
• Oversee inventory control, procurement coordination, and vendor management.
• Ensure accurate SAP entries for costing, inventory, and commercial transactions.
• Prepare and review commercial reports, MIS, and costing sheets.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Liaise with manufacturing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial operations within FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP (MM/FI/CO modules preferred).
• Expertise in inventory management and costing methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation abilities.
• Must be a local candidate based in Egypt.
