Communications Business Partner

About the role

Roche Egypt is seeking a Communications Business Partner to act as a strategic liaison with external healthcare and governmental entities. The role focuses on shaping the external environment, advocating for faster access to innovations, and enhancing Roche’s reputation as a leader in healthcare innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging reputation and business‑critical issues and alert internal teams.
• Build and maintain a network of key stakeholders, media influencers, and thought leaders.
• Translate global communications strategies into local plans and execute them.
• Design and implement proactive strategic campaigns in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and finalize press releases, media materials, Q&A documents, and other communications assets.
• Lead disease‑area public awareness and multi‑channel communications, including website and social‑media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Coordinate CSR partnership activities and align with regional affiliates.
• Develop internal communication strategies to boost employee engagement.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Egyptian healthcare and governmental landscape.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with communications, legal, business, marketing, and policy teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and advocacy initiatives.
