Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee all aspects of resident interaction and community services within a real‑estate development. This role ensures high‑quality service delivery, resolves escalations, and fosters a vibrant living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage community‑related cases and tickets, meeting SLA requirements.
• Address high‑level escalations, report recurring issues to management and propose solutions.
• Supervise staff performance in handling client requests, inquiries, and complaints.
• Conduct regular inspections of communal areas and enforce community rules.
• Coordinate with facilities management and security to ensure compliance with work guidelines.
• Maintain service quality from personnel and vendors in residential zones.
• Organise community activities, communicate with residents, and prepare monthly reports.
• Lead resident meetings and develop new community services.
• Train and coach team members while facilitating inter‑departmental coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; MBA or PMP preferred.
• 7‑10 years of experience with a reputable real‑estate developer, including at least 5 years in community management.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and multi‑project management abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
