Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to join our team in Qesm El Maadi. You will be the main point of contact for our learners and instructors, fostering a vibrant, inclusive community both on‑site and across our digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate and engage with members in online groups, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Organise and promote events, webinars, and workshops that enhance learner interaction.
• Collect and analyse community feedback to improve program engagement.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to align community initiatives with brand voice.
• Maintain a welcoming environment that supports diverse audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management or a related role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a professional approach to handling feedback.
• Ability to work on‑site in Qesm El Maadi and thrive in a fast‑paced educational setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or equivalent practical experience.
