Community Pharmacist

About the role

Bloom Pharmacy is looking for a Community Pharmacist who treats the position as a healthcare responsibility rather than a routine task. You will work in an elegant, well‑organized environment that values professionalism, discretion, and high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately in compliance with MoHP regulations and Bloom SOPs.
• Provide patient counseling and retail customer service following the Bloom approach.
• Advise customers on over‑the‑counter products, dermo‑cosmetics, and skincare.
• Operate POS and pharmacy systems for transactions, reporting, and inventory management.
• Collaborate closely with the store team to maintain a smooth pharmacy operation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a valid syndicate ID.
• Minimum one year of experience in community pharmacy settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional appearance, customer‑oriented mindset, teamwork, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (beginner to advanced).
• Experience with POS/pharmacy systems.
