About the role
We are looking for a proactive Community Specialist to build and nurture online communities across WhatsApp, Instagram and other social platforms. The role focuses on engaging both potential and existing customers in the Saudi Arabian education market, driving brand visibility and sales through targeted social activities.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage WhatsApp groups, Instagram communities, and other social media platforms.
- Monitor trends in the Saudi Arabia education market and adapt community strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions and events to boost brand awareness.
- Create localized, engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for the Saudi audience.
- Provide patient, thorough answers to community members’ questions.
Required profile
- Strong sense of service and sales orientation.
- Patience and ability to handle a wide range of community inquiries.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
