Construction Manager

About the role

El Ezz Developments is seeking a full‑time Construction Manager to lead on‑site activities at its New Capital projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily construction activities across multiple trades.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress against project plans.
• Enforce safety protocols and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Ensure construction methods and materials comply with design specifications and company standards.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, review drawings and technical documents.
• Track costs, manage budgeting, and prepare regular progress and budget reports.

Required profile

• Strong construction management experience on medium to large‑scale projects.
• Proven supervisory ability to lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Demonstrated competence in budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
• Solid knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience in large residential, commercial, or mixed‑use developments in Egypt or the region is an advantage.
