Construction Project Manager

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company focused on health and well-being, is looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead and support the planning, execution and delivery of site engineering and facility projects. Projects must be delivered safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with GMP, regulatory, quality and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute construction and facility expansion projects, defining scope, timelines, resources, budget and deliverables.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, Validation and other stakeholders.
• Manage contractors, drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure construction documentation and IQ/OQ readiness, including FAT/SAT support.
• Prepare project status reports and ensure a smooth handover to Operations & Maintenance.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree with 10-15 years' experience in pharmaceutical or industrial sectors.
• Experience in contractor, BOQ and contract management.

Required skills

• Strong project planning, scheduling and construction management skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, cleanrooms, HVAC and pharmaceutical requirements.
