Content Head / Content Lead (Arabic & English)

About the role

Lead, mentor, and manage the daily workflow of the Copywriting and Social Media Content teams, developing strategies aligned with client campaigns and sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and editorial/social media calendars per client, aligned with campaign and sales objectives.
• Review and approve copy and social media content before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with Design, Performance Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
• Define and track content KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion-supporting content, turnaround time).
• Analyze content performance and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and team output to management.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing team to support A/B testing with copy variations.
• Set individual and team goals, conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews, and build a collaborative, feedback‑driven team culture.

Required profile

• At least 2+ years of proven experience in a content leadership or lead copywriter role within a digital agency targeting the Saudi e‑commerce market.
• Impeccable native‑level written Arabic skills with strong English proficiency.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi audience, consumer behavior, regional dialects, and trending culture in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, X) and e‑commerce content best practices.
• Solid grasp of how direct response copywriting supports performance marketing and drives sales/conversions.
• Excellent project management, deadline adherence, communication, and team management capabilities.
