Contract Management Associate Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

Contract Management sits within Accenture's Legal and Commercial Services, where professionals advise on the negotiation, drafting and ongoing management of client contracts. This Associate Manager position leads and supports contract management teams across projects and accounts, working with account leadership and client stakeholders to protect revenue, improve margins and ensure compliance with contract obligations and Accenture policy. The role is client-facing and requires full professional fluency in French, English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support contract management teams across projects and accounts, working with account leadership and client stakeholders to understand client needs and priorities.
• Contribute to performance management activities across multiple projects and accounts.
• Support the identification, escalation and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues with contract management and project leadership.
• Take part in pre-award sales activities, discuss potential deal shaping and contractual outcomes with sales teams and business leadership, and support contract drafting.
• Build trusted relationships with client counterparts, since the function is client-facing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract management.
• Experience and proven ability to conduct and supervise investigations (including compliance, employment and governmental investigations), draft confidential reports and advise senior leadership on related risks.
• In-depth knowledge of local ethical, conduct and compliance risks, employee rights and obligations and related laws.
• Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all levels.
• Openness to cross-cultural collaboration and respect for diversity and inclusion.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices and contract terms and conditions.
• Full professional fluency in French, English and Arabic.
• Membership of the World Commerce and Contracting (formerly IACCM) or the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), and/or professional certification, considered a plus.
