Control & Reporting Associate Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Control & Reporting Associate Analyst to maintain our Customer and Pricing databases. The role ensures accurate invoicing, applies pricing policies, and supports sales teams throughout price change cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update price and customer databases, processing creation, modification and closure requests.
• Collaborate with the DMO team to upload data to SAP and validate its replication.
• Respond to internal and external queries related to the customer database and ensure compliance with workflow validation.
• Control price entry, communicate pricing updates to CBS and local teams, and validate billing conditions.
• Extract full database views for business unit visibility and ensure consistency of pricing conditions.
• Prepare price increase retro‑planning, coordinate price list distribution, and support price dispute resolution.
• Train new employees on database tools and lead continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in database maintenance, preferably on SAP.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on control and compliance.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Result‑oriented with good planning and prioritisation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP.
