Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Vodafone Egypt is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across all business units, excluding litigation. You will work closely with senior leaders, managers and regional partners to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal advice to all Vodafone Egypt functions (sales, marketing, HR, finance, supply chain, technology).
• Assist in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements.
• Support the development, implementation and maintenance of company policies.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and legal service providers, ensuring cost‑effective delivery.
• Conduct legal research, write memoranda and provide guidance on corporate, commercial and telecommunications law.

Required profile

• Law degree with at least 5 years of experience in‑house or at a leading law firm.
• Expert knowledge of contract, commercial, compliance and telecommunications regulations.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to draft, negotiate and deliver innovative legal solutions in a fast‑moving environment.
