Corporate Sales Manager – Egypt (Egyptians Only)

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving hotel revenue targets by managing an assigned account base and prospecting new corporate clients in designated markets. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, increasing market share, and supporting the overall financial objectives of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts within an assigned geographic area, ensuring revenue maximisation and personal target achievement.
• Prospect and acquire new corporate accounts across various market segments, including European markets.
• Conduct site inspections and follow corporate SOPs throughout the sales process.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of competitor offerings and hotel services.
• Negotiate and secure contracts, applying SMART contracting principles during rate negotiations.
• Attend trade shows, sales blitzes, and workshops in the assigned markets.
• Assist the Director of Sales in developing and executing the annual sales action plan and budget forecasts.
• Document all sales activities in the SFA system and keep the OPERA contact database up‑to‑date.
• Cross‑sell other Kempinski hotels and adhere to the company’s sales vision.
• Participate in the Duty Manager rota and comply with health, safety, and hotel policies.
