Corporate Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead

About the role

The Corporate Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead is responsible for shaping and executing the end‑to‑end recruitment strategy across all corporate, technical and commercial functions. This senior HR partner will institutionalise competency‑based selection while elevating the company’s Employer Value Proposition through proactive branding and campus initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate, medical, regulatory, financial and field‑force positions, ensuring timely and quality hires.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior stakeholders, mapping hiring needs, resource plans and time‑to‑hire targets.
• Design and embed competency profiling and Competency‑Based Interviewing (CBI) frameworks in partnership with Organizational Development.
• Train hiring managers and interview panels on structured interview techniques and scorecard usage.
• Develop and execute employer branding strategies, managing the corporate HR presence on LinkedIn, the careers site and at university job fairs.
• Optimise the SAP‑based ATS to maintain clean pipelines, accurate metrics and transparent reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition for large, multi‑disciplinary organisations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or regulated sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of structured selection methods, competency frameworks and bias‑free interviewing.
• Demonstrated success in building employer brand initiatives and campus partnerships.
