Cost & Budgeting Controlling Expert

About the role

The Cost & Budgeting Controlling Expert will support Agrumaria’s financial management by developing budgets, monitoring costs, and preparing insightful management reports. This role is pivotal in driving profitability and operational efficiency across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and forecasts aligned with financial goals.
• Analyze financial performance, costs, and expenses to identify variances, trends, and cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Support cost‑saving initiatives and financial risk mitigation measures.
• Prepare accurate, timely financial reports and management analyses for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with departments and cost centers to ensure budget compliance and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in costing, budgeting, financial controlling, preferably in manufacturing or Food & Beverage environments.
• Experience working with ERP systems, especially SAP, and handling multiple cost centers.
