Cost Control Manager

About the role

Lychee, Egypt’s leading healthy F&B brand, is expanding into Saudi Arabia and seeks a Cost Control Manager to become the financial backbone of its operations. You will turn data into decisions, optimise costs, and ensure every Riyal spent adds real value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product costing on the ERP system, maintain Bill of Materials and cost structures, and conduct variance analysis.
• Monitor and control direct and indirect costs, including raw materials, packaging, labour and overheads.
• Support pricing decisions with cost insights and profitability analysis.
• Ensure accurate ERP costing module setup, maintain real‑time cost tracking, and resolve cost allocation discrepancies.
• Oversee stock valuation, reconciliation and inventory control through ERP, conduct cycle counts and audits.
• Generate detailed cost reports, ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements, and provide cost data for budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with IT, finance and cross‑functional teams to improve cost‑control processes.
