Costing Analyst

About the role

The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a Costing Analyst to join its team at the 6 October Factory. The role focuses on inventory analysis, supply chain loss risk management and cost optimisation, with responsibility for monitoring and analysing inventory, proactively identifying supply chain loss risks and producing material usage variance analysis to find cost-saving opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly analysis of all inventory categories (raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods) to identify and address supply chain loss risks across operations and commercial teams.
• Develop action plans with cross-functional stakeholders, follow up on progress and report key findings to top management.
• Perform monthly and weekly analysis of material usage variance trends, operational inefficiencies and savings opportunities.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process related to material usage variance and supply chain loss.
• Review inventory records to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control requirements and support internal control and audit reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Very good command of English, with clear and effective communication.
• Quick learner, strong attention to detail, resilient and adaptable.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
