Credit Manager

About the role

The Credit Manager oversees credit procedures at the Four Seasons Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies while managing collections and billing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage collection of accounts, approve billing, and process departure payments.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of the Accounts Receivable team and evaluate performance.
• Maintain professional relationships with all hotel departments.
• Enforce Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct.
• Train, motivate, and supervise Credit Department staff.
• Establish and maintain local credit policies for billing, credit cards, collections, inquiries, and cheque cashing.
• Prepare month‑end and year‑end reports and reconciliations per corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• High school education minimum.
• 2‑4 years of accounting experience.
• Strong people skills and ability to interact with all employee levels and customers.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
