Customer Engagement & Sales Associate (Pharmacy Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for motivated pharmacy graduates to join our customer‑facing team. In this role you will engage with clients, resolve inquiries, and drive sales of our health‑and‑wellness products.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and build trusted relationships.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve services.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to advise customers on suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product development teams to integrate feedback.
• Present and sell products, meeting sales targets aligned with company goals.
• Manage inventory, track stock levels and coordinate product orders.
• Perform accurate data entry for inventory and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of professional experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask.
• Fluent in English.
