Customer Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Customer Engagement Specialist will act as the primary liaison between Bayer and healthcare professionals (HCPs), driving scientific communication and brand awareness across multiple channels. This role blends business growth objectives with deep scientific engagement to support Bayer’s mission of improving health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver business, growth and market share targets for assigned brands/territories.
• Serve as a trusted scientific partner to HCPs and thought leaders, organizing one‑to‑one and group meetings, virtual panels and peer‑to‑peer sessions.
• Co‑create and deliver educational curricula with speakers, aligning HCP interests with Bayer’s scientific and promotional goals.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel engagement strategies, ensuring consistent, value‑driven experiences across physical, hybrid and virtual platforms.
• Capture, analyse and report HCP insights and event outcomes using Veeva and CRM systems to inform future strategies.

Required profile

• Strong scientific background with the ability to translate complex data into clear messaging.
• Digital‑savvy mindset, comfortable using modern engagement tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with HCPs and internal cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, results‑oriented attitude with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
