About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Retention & Sales Representative to engage existing learners, promote course renewals and drive repeat business. You will act as the primary point of contact throughout the student journey, ensuring a high‑quality experience and helping learners achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to promote course renewals and increase conversion rates.
• Follow up with learners to understand their needs and recommend personalized learning solutions.
• Provide professional support for inquiries and guide students through the enrollment process.
• Monitor student progress, analyze data, and suggest improvements to boost learning outcomes and renewals.
• Build strong relationships to enhance satisfaction, encourage referrals, and generate repeat business.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset comfortable with performance‑based environments.
• Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets with a commission‑focused attitude.
