About the role
Sutherland, a digital engineering services company that uses AI, automation, cloud engineering and advanced analytics to help global brands succeed, is hiring Customer Service Agents in New Cairo. This is a full-time position for people who enjoy answering customer questions and resolving issues calmly and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer questions and provide support
- Resolve issues in a calm, professional and friendly way
- Communicate clearly and confidently over the phone
- Work closely with the team to deliver great service
Required profile
- Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome
- Fluent English is a must (B2/C1 level)
- Ability to work night and overnight shifts
Required skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working as part of a team
