About the role
The Customer Service Engineer will perform field technical work, ensuring equipment is operational and customers receive timely support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage technical tasks on‑site with minimal supervision.
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs.
- Communicate fluently with customers to understand and resolve problems.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics from a reputable university.
- Own a car and be presentable.
- Residency in New Cairo or Badr City preferred.
Required skills
- Strong ability to diagnose and fix equipment problems.
- Excellent verbal communication with customers.
