Customer Service Representative – English Speakers

About the role
We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our blended support team. You will interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails, providing assistance and resolving routine issues related to a variety of client products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and resolve routine customer problems across sectors such as banking, retail, telecommunications, and more.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Adapt to shifting schedules, including night and 24/7 shifts, to meet service level agreements.
Required profile
- Graduates or current undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Available to start immediately.
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible schedules.
