About the role
Teleperformance is looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its New Cairo site. You will be part of a global leader in customer experience, providing technical support and digital solutions to well‑known brands.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver customer care and technical support in English.
- Work on‑site at the Plaza, City Walk location.
- Participate in rotational shifts, including special night shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve inquiries efficiently.
Required profile
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level).
- Recent graduate with no prior experience required.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work on‑site and adapt to shift rotations.
- Team‑player attitude.

What we offer
- Competitive net salary of 20,000 EGP per month.
- Social and medical insurance with a 400,000 EGP allowance (AXA).
- Quarterly performance bonus of €195.
- Transportation allowance of 1,000 EGP net and door‑to‑door service for female staff until 2 am.
- Uncapped incentives in dollars up to 20,000 EGP per month.
- Discounts at numerous stores across Egypt.
- 9‑hour shifts with a 1‑hour break.
