About the role
Join Vodafone UK and Ireland as a Customer Service Representative based in Giza, Egypt. This full‑time hybrid position offers a dynamic environment where you will interact with customers daily, resolve inquiries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all callers and online contacts.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Pay close attention to detail in every customer interaction.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- No prior customer service experience required; graduates and dropouts are welcome.
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Residents of Cairo, Giza, Alexandria or willing to relocate.
