Customer Success Manager – Investment & Advisory

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will act as a trusted advisor to Wealth, Investment & Advisory customers, guiding them through the adoption and integration of LSEG Workspace solutions. The role focuses on driving product usage, retention and satisfaction while building deep relationships with key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored engagements such as market workshops to maximize customer value and drive product adoption.
• Provide expert guidance on financial modeling, Excel and MS Office functionalities to increase usage.
• Act as the customer’s voice internally, feeding back insights to influence product roadmap.
• Develop and execute retention strategies in partnership with Account Managers.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support sales processes.
• Conduct high‑value onboarding, training and presentations for desktop users.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience in investment, advisory or wealth markets, preferably with asset management or portfolio management exposure.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience; industry certifications (CFA, CAIA, MBA, FRM) are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Experience using CRM systems.
