About the role
Join Nespresso’s global contact centre team as a Customer Support Associate – Coffee Specialist. You will interact with coffee lovers across multiple channels, delivering the brand’s premium experience and helping customers discover their perfect brew.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service via phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat and social media, addressing inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Act as a brand ambassador, sharing in‑depth knowledge of Nespresso products, sustainability initiatives and coffee expertise.
- Personalise recommendations, guide customers through coffee selections and upsell relevant products.
- Maintain data integrity, follow compliance and quality standards, and support back‑office tasks as needed.
- Identify trends through active listening and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2C or B2B customer service and sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail and eagerness to learn new tools.
